We will gladly accept returns/exchanges for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase. Please contact us via email @ service@bicycletouringshop.com, or call us, for a return authorization number (RA). We will not be able to accept any returns that do not have a return authorization number on the outside of the package. Unless we have made a mistake with your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping of your item. All returns/exchanges must be in new condition, complete with original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc. If you send us a return/exchange which is not complete, a restocking fee will be charged. All packages refused by customers without prior written consent will be charged for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Return Authorization numbers are only valid for fourteen (14) days after they have been issued. Products returned after the expiration date will be refused. Returns on items that qualified for free shipping will have the cost of the original shipping deducted from the refund amount. Packages that are either refused or returned to us because the recipient was not available to receive the package will be charged for the actual cost of the return shipment. Although we doubt if you will experience any problems with your purchase, we will be happy to help you with any warranty issues. Keep in mind, though, that the manufacturer warranties the product. We have great relationships with our suppliers and can help with any issues. Just contact us to discuss.
